Our Spirited Supper Clubs are simple: great food, great drinks, great atmosphere. We've invited our favourite local chefs to come and take over the distillery, bringing their fantastic flavours, charisma and spirit.

Spanish Sun on the Yorkshire Coast
Embers at the Distillery
Usually found in Scarborough but for one night only, chef Dan Hargreaves and the Embers team bring their wood-fired flare here to the distillery. Dan's Yorkshire roots inspire modern Spanish cooking for a menu that is bursting with character and flavour (and down-to-earth and unpretentious!) 18th March 2026, 7pm.
On The
Menu
Fantastic, unpretentious and deliciously fun food will be the order of the day. The Embers wood-fired ovens will be working hard and huge paella pans will take over the distillery kitchens. You'll be welcomed with a Filey Bay cocktail* and food will start with homemade bread with smoked confit garlic and whisky butter, followed by sharing boards bursting with seasonal wood fired treats and freshly fired flat breads, then called up for Paella served fresh from the pan.

Desert boards will be paired with our 'whisky of the night' with more drams and coffee to finish. *For those not drinking, we'll have a 'soft' alternative to the welcome drink, and if you would like, you'll have a Filey Bay dram to take home with you.
What's a Supper Club!?
Supper Clubs bring great food to unusual places... it's not everyday you can eat like a king or queen whilst looking out over a whisky distillery in Yorkshire.
You can trace the history of Supper Clubs back to the speakeasies of Prohibition America, hidden spots for drinking and dining. They were about enjoying great food and amazing drinks, alongside like minded friends old and new.
Our Supper Clubs are slightly less secretive (!) but each will be very unique. Hosting a different chef or team each time, who will bring their own inimitable style to the distillery. It will always be a set menu, with carefully matched welcome drink* and a dram of the 'whisky of the night' alongside desert too. We'll curate a great wine and drinks list to go alongside, and of course there'll be Wold Top Beer on draught. We'll have a great playlist and no doubt there'll be a lot of conversation about the whisky and the food too.
You might find yourself sharing a table - that's part of the fun! If you'd like to sit with specific people and have booked separately, please email or give us a ring and we'll make sure you're together.
You must advise about allergens or dietary requirements in advance. Due to the nature of the evening, we cannot accommodate requests made on the day.
