Cooper King Distillery x Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery: ‘Many Hands’ Yorkshire Blended Malt Whisky

Back in 2021, our neighbours at Cooper King Distillery ran into a problem: their still broke down, leaving them facing a long pause in production. When they asked if we could help, it was an easy yes. We invited them over to Hunmanby, and we spent a day distilling spirit together using our copper pot stills. Four years later, that spirit has matured beautifully and we’re very excited to share with you the result…

The Very First English Blended Malt Whisky.

To create ‘Many Hands’, spirit from Cooper King Distillery and Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery was filled separately into sibling casks and matured under one roof. The casks were carefully blended and bottled to create a warm-hearted whisky best enjoyed with good company.

Tasting notes: Honeycomb, peach cobbler and toasted cashews, balanced by warming black pepper, blackcurrant leaf, and sweet, buttered rye bread.
